Reiki & Spiritual Healing

Reiki & energy healing utilises life force energy, that is within us and all around us. Spiritual healing is mediumistic healing, where the healing comes through from the spirit world and the power of life, "from spirit, through spirit, to spirit".

Healing is all about restoring balance on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, and reintroduces you to the wholeness that you are. Healing aims to clear, balance and restore your physical and energetic systems and facilitates the body’s natural healing abilities. This balance then flicks the switch to the healer within you, creating a shift that leads to change.

Physical and emotional trauma or stress and emotions that are not fully processed and released, can lay repressed in our energy bodies and cause havoc in our body and life. This may show up as:

illness/physical issues,
stress,
sleep troubles,
work or relationship problems,
feeling weighed down, or
blocks in moving forward with the flow of your life (feeling stuck).

Julia is a Spiritual healer & Reiki master (with training lineage through to Mikao Usui) trained in several energy healing modalities including Reiki, Seichem, Golden Dragon, Kundalini, Ashati and Alsemia. These modalities cover emotional and physical healing as well as connection with earth energies ie plants, minerals.

YOUR SESSION

In a healing session, you will receive hands on healing in the peace of silence, with hands placed on shoulders as you relax either seated or lying down (or sent remotely while on zoom). The energy is intelligent and flows wherever it is needed, whether that be on a physical, mental, emotional or spiritual level (or all of these). Approximately 5 minutes is left at the end to share any observations.

Julia offers sessions both in person and online on zoom.

Healing works exactly the same in person and online via zoom, many people are surprised by the fact they can feel it the same - but energy is everywhere, and it can be directed anywhere in the world by a simple intention and connection.
